Before I moved to the Hudson Valley full time in 1988 and started my company, I designed artist loft conversions and managed construction of several multimillion-dollar Manhattan properties, including a 28-apartment luxury building on the Upper West Side and a Soho complex with nine residential lofts, a restaurant, retail space, and professional suites. In the years since, I've returned to the city for several exciting creative projects.
